Christina Gabbitas is a children’s author, poet and voiceover artist, who always loved to read rhyming books and poetry, when she was in her early years.
Always having a desire to write and work for herself, Christina’s first children’s book Felicity Fly, was published in May 2012 and addresses fears. A second followed in quick succession, Felicity Fly meets Veronica Vac. (addresses teamwork and friendship) this book was voted into the final of the Peoples Book Prize 2014. The latest additions to the series are Felicity Fly in the Garden (addresses Pollination) and Felicity Fly Meets the Dragon Fruit (healthy food). The Felicity Fly series teach children about the world around them with fun, as well as learning to read. The stories are narrated on a CD with different character accents which also helps to engage children with speaking and listening skills. www.felicityfly.co.uk
